Joyce Morris, Founder

Joyce Morris is an advocate and community builder for adults with higher support needs. 

Her work with Live Work Learn is informed by her long career as an Information Consultant specializing in the efficient and effective use of time and resources. She has more than 25 years of Senior Management experience in the insurance business; managing information and systems using a wide range of technology.

Joyce’s career pivoted when her son, Benjamin, was diagnosed with autism. She was able to use her knowledge of technology and good business practices to develop new techniques and supports based on his needs.  She started her own business, MorrInfo, for the flexibility to continue working in business information while creating projects to help her son and his peers live bigger lives. Through Live Work Learn, she continues to facilitate the development of these supported community projects, to help even more adults with higher support needs gain new skills and opportunities.

Joyce has offices at Mosaic Village in Cohoes and Urban Co-Works in Schenectady.
